Hi, I'm Stacie — and before I was The Home Admin, I was a "Hot Mess"
As a young mom of three, I left a thriving corporate job where I was excelling, only to find myself drowning at home within weeks. I couldn't understand how I managed my employer's life so well but struggled with the basics of running my own home.
After years of survival mode, a cross-country move, and an undiagnosed health condition, I finally sat down and asked myself — what was corporate Stacie doing differently? The answer was clear: systems, processes, and protocols.
The Home Admin was born out of my own need to run my home like a business — and now I get to teach others how to do the same.
